Design Building Ltd is a medium sized general building and construction company based in South London. We undertake most types of building projects large or small, from installing new kitchens and bathrooms to building new houses and flats.

As we work mostly in South, West and Central London we have considerable experience with period refurbishment and space maximisation. Extensions, additions and loft conversions are still in high demand, as is creating or expanding new basement areas.

With over 30 years experience in various types of renovation & building projects and now with our professional Joinery Workshop, we have the capacity to better fulfil your requirements for any building project.

We can control all aspects of a project as we supply all trades necessary including plumbing and electrics. We have skilled tradesmen able to carry out period restorations, complicated heating & hot water systems, rewiring, high quality finishes, restoration of cornices & mouldings and bespoke carpentry & joinery to match any style.

We have completed high quality projects throughout London including projects in Marylebone, The Strand, Hampstead, Chelsea and Bond Street.
