Extensions

Building an extension (or rear or side addition) is the simplest and most popular way of creating new space in homes in London. One storey, two storeys and up, providing planning permission is granted, an extension can be built to the same height as the existing building and as large as is practical. We can match the new extension perfectly to the existing property by using reclaimed bricks and if necessary reclaimed roof slates and tiles.

When we build extensions there is only minimum disruption as wherever possible we separate the living area from the building area, using proven methods. For kitchen extensions, if necessary, we install a temporary kitchen for the duration until the new kitchen and extension are complete.

Conservatories

We can make any style of conservatory with various styles of glazing bars, top or side hung windows, roof-lights and shaped ridge boards with styled moulding. Having a conservatory is the surest way to regularly enjoy the British sunshine! With Part L1 of Building Regulations (conservation of fuel and power, 2002) glazing standards for conservatories have been upgraded, so now you're better able to enjoy a warm conservatory all year round. It is quite possible to keep a conservatory nice and warm during winter, especially with under-floor heating

Custom built conservatories in our Joinery Workshop are made to our client's specification with many choices of timber, finishes, designs and style. The natural light gained by having a conservatory is second to none.
