At Design Building Ltd we have years of experience in all aspects of the building trade including electrics, plumbing and roofing. We have undertaken so many different jobs and projects, from maintenance works like fixing boilers or repairing roofs to building additional storeys on commercial properties and building new houses.

Our General building work covers such trades as electrical, plumbing & roofing. To continue our high standards and quality workmanship we employ qualified and professional electricians, plumbers and roofers. For all our trades and building work we always use experience and knowledge for the best results.

General building works also covers miscellaneous items like converting shops into dwellings or dwellings into shops, building new walls and features, flooring, tiling, landscaping, driveway building, drainage and watercourses, compulsory maintenance and repairs etc any building work that does not appear else where in this website.

Structural works

Most of the projects we undertake involve structural works. Whether it's knocking out an internal wall to give more space or building an additional storey on top of a building, we have great experience and confidence in what we are able to do. With good planning and ability and using structural steels and the correct materials, almost anything is achievable, even for the largest of projects. We have long experience in rearranging weight distribution of walls and floors above new works.

Even though we have considerable experience, we are not overconfident! We still consider structural works like underpinning buildings and demolishing external load bearing walls as a serious challenge. It is always prudent to proceed with safety in mind.

It gives a good idea of what can be accomplished using imagination, heavy structural steels and a little bit of know how.
