The Chelsea Project

• Underpinned entire building & excavated large basement

• Removed floors and internal walls, relocated and rebuilt

• Removed chimney stacks and completely re-roofed

• Cleaned and re-pointed brickwork inside & out

• Refurbished and restored all original Victorian joinery

• Designed & installed 3 new kitchens and 4 new bathrooms

• Custom made new windows & doors to match existing

• Modestly decorated for minimalist effect

The Dulwich Project

• Demolished original side addition & internal load bearing wall

• Built side addition wall using reclaimed matching bricks

• Built new roof, slated & glazed with low heat emission glass

• Installed under-floor heating & tiled new floor area

• Installed new kitchen with bespoke stainless steel worktop

• Custom made hardwood oak conservatory (in our workshop)

• Machined all rafters, doors & fixed panels into shape

• Installed, glazed and weather sealed all oak panels

The Forest Hill Project

• Demolished external wall & underpinned existing foundation

• Stripped out existing kitchen & put a "temp" in dining room

• Built Western Red Cedar & oak extension, veranda and pergola

• Installed convection grill under-floor heating & oak flooring

• Installed new kitchen with mains water island unit

• Custom built cupboards, cabinets & shelving

• Created wet room with power shower & steam generator

• Built new Yellow Stock garden wall and garden "archway"
